We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveFine Art Driver & Installation Specialist to ensure the safe and efficient transportation and installation of fine art pieces. This senior-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for the art world and the expertise to handle delicate and high-value items with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to the Warehouse Manager and act as their stand-in during periods of absence.
* Safely deliver, install, and de-install fine artworks, adhering to strict handling protocols.
* Operate lifting equipment within the warehouse to manage fragile and valuable pieces.
* Complete all relevant documentation, including condition reports and labelling.
* Maintain compliance with road safety regulations and demonstrate responsible driving practices.
* Assist in maintaining warehouse organisation and ensure secure storage of artworks.
* Support packing and unpacking of artworks as required.
* Participate in ongoing training and development.
Requirements
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in driving or logistics.
* Prior experience in the art industry or a related field is highly desirable.
* Basic IT proficiency.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
* Willingness to undergo a background check.
