Team Manager – Residential Conveyancing

Join a well-established and forward-thinking law firm as a Team Manager within their thriving Residential Conveyancing department. This is a key leadership role overseeing a team of 9 Conveyancers and 2 Supervisors, supporting the delivery of high-quality client service and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the conveyancing team.
* Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and provide ongoing support and development.
* Ensure the team meets individual and collective KPIs and service level agreements.
* Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, guidance, and team support.
* Monitor workflows and resource allocation to maintain consistent progress and client satisfaction.
* Work collaboratively with other senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and team performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing a team within a conveyancing or legal environment.
* Background in handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, etc.).
* Qualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive) or non-qualified with significant conveyancing expertise.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to motivate and support team members to achieve their goals.
