My client is one of the most beautiful event hire destinations in Berkshire and theyare seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Hotel Venue Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel's event and function spaces.
This role involves the coordination of events, supervision of venue staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from inquiry to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in managing venues or event spaces within a hotel or hospitality environment
Ideally you will have
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
35 years of experience in a venue, banquet, or event management role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events or tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in event management software (Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
The salary is upto £55,000.00 per year
