We are seeking for an Customer Care Adviser to join our team. Here are the details of the position: Job title: Customer Care Adviser Location: Leeds, LS11 Working Arrangement: 30 hours part time evenings then alternate weekends Duration: 12 months Timing: 8AM TO 5PM Training will be online, followed by remote work from home. Typical shift pattern : Week 1 :17:00 to midnight 2 nights with sat and Sunday 8am to 5pm Week 2 : Could be 5pm to midnight 4 nights. Start Date: ASAP Payrate: £11.44 per hour PAYE, £14.95 per hour Umbrella About you Must have call centre experience Current CSCS card Role: To answer and deal with incoming customer telephone calls. Logging and processing of orders onto Relevant company business portals Ensuring that orders are correctly categorised into the correct Priority Banding (Emergency, Priority & General bandings) in accordance with the contract's requirements.
