Job Description
Join our team as a healthcare professional responsible for:
1. Continuously monitoring and assessing critically ill patients, including vital signs and responses to treatment.
2. Administering complex medications and interventions according to precise protocols.
3. Operating and maintaining life-saving equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and intravenous lines.
4. Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.
5. Responding rapidly to changes in patient condition and initiating emergency procedures as necessary.
6. Providing emotional support to patients and their families, explaining treatment options, and addressing concerns.
7. Maintaining meticulous records of patient care and interventions.
8. Prioritizing patient safety, infection control, and critical care best practices.
9. Working under high-stress conditions while maintaining composure, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.

Nursing Requirements
* NMC registration
* At least 6 months’ experience within a UK healthcare setting
* Right to work in the UK
