As a Health and Fitness Coach, your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing daily gym operations, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.
* Delivering personal training sessions, fitness inductions, and group exercise classes in both gym and studio environments.
* Supporting members with personalised fitness programmes and basic nutritional advice.
* Collaborating with the Wellbeing Lead and Social Value Team to implement health initiatives and community projects.
* Managing gym membership processes, health assessments, and audit documentation.
* Ensuring compliance and governance, including conducting safety checks and equipment maintenance.
* Assisting in the planning and execution of wellbeing events and health strategies.
* Continuously developing your skills through provided training and contributing to service improvements.
