Overview
An award winning digital agency is looking for an enthusiastic SEO Specialist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in SEO campaign delivery, who is passionate about driving organic growth and staying ahead of industry trends.
The SEO Specialist will report into senior management and play a key role in delivering high quality SEO strategies for a diverse client portfolio. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement and optimise SEO campaigns across client websites.
Carry out technical audits, competitor analysis and on-page optimisation to improve search visibility.
Monitor performance and troubleshoot SEO related issues, ensuring client websites achieve strong organic results.
Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and clear monthly reports.
Work closely with Account Managers and client teams to ensure SEO activity aligns with overall business goals.
Provide training, consultancy and recommendations to clients on SEO best practices.
Stay up to date with algorithm changes, SEO tools and emerging trends, ensuring strategies remain innovative and effective.
Experience & Skills Required
Proven experience in delivering SEO strategies with measurable results.
Prior agency experience is highly desirable.
Strong technical SEO expertise, including audits, on-page optimisation and resolving website issues.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain SEO concepts to non-specialists.
Strong attention to detail, with an analytical and problem solving mindset.
Organised, proactive and confident in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Good understanding of how SEO integrates with other digital marketing channels.
