Apply today to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's busy supply chain! Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a full-time role working any 5 days out of 7, occasionally working 6 days if the site is busy. There are days, afternoons or nights available. The hours of work are: - Days 6am to 1:30pm - Lates 2pm to 9:30pm - Nights 10pm to 5:30am The rate of pay is £12.70 - £14.24 per hour. A productivity bonus of up to £60 per week is available in this role! Your Time at Work As a Warehouse Operative at this site you will pick products using a pick-by-light system, often working from heights using LLOPs (low level order picker) and PPTs (powered pallet truck). This role will include loading and receiving food products. You may be required to work in different areas of the warehouse, including re-pack. The work can be repetitive and involves some lifting, as well as manually repacking products. While working as a Packer you will adhere to the site's Health and Safety policies and procedures. Our Perfect Worker Our ideal Warehouse Operative pays great attention to detail, works with accuracy and has time management skills. You should be organised and focused. You will work well individually or within a team, can work under pressure to meet targets and have a flexible approach to the day-to-day requirements. A certain level of physical fitness is required as you will be on your feet for the duration of the shift and there will be lifting involved as well. Previous MHE experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
