An exciting opportunity has arisen within Catering Services. We are looking to appoint an individual who can demonstrate excellent day to day leadership and communications skills and assist in the management of catering services at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. A previous catering track record of successfully delivering a high standard of service provision is essential. You will have excellent interpersonal, management and organisational/planning skills. Importantly you will be an enthusiastic leader, able to inspire your team to achieve operational excellence.
This role reports to the NHST Patient Catering Manager.
Applicants should hold a professional qualification or relevant experience including a good knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, H&S and COSSH. You will have a proven track record of working in a large scale catering environment at management level.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
