Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, expense reports, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
2. Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
3. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
4. Data Entry: Maintain accurate financial records and update internal systems with financial data.
5. Supplier and Customer Liaison: Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to resolve invoice queries and payment issues.
6. Payroll: Support the payroll function.
