About The Role of HR Advisor
Our client is a highly reputable global organisation with operations across the US and Europe. Youll be joining a small, high-performing HR team where youll play a key role as a generalist HR Adviso r, supporting a broad range of people initiatives. Your focus will span Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Payroll Coordination, alongside maintaining a strong understanding of HRIS (Workday) and SOPs.
Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Managing employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinary actions
Guiding and supporting managers to ensure all actions and documentation align with employment law and company policy
Acting as the first point of contact for people-related queries, offering timely and practical HR advice
Leading complex ER cases, chairing meetings, and ensuring accurate records are maintained
Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
Coordinating the outsourced payroll process and ensuring accuracy (100 FTE)
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Contributing to the development and delivery of SOP's
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours
What You Will Bring
Youll be a highly analytical and solutions-focused HR professional, with proven experience supporting managers and employees across the full HR lifecycle.
CIPD qualification (or working toward CIPD) with a minimum of 3 years HR experience .
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Demonstrated experience managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships.
Experience coordinating payroll and managing HR systems (ideally Workday).
A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach, thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.
