We are working with a well established UK-based supplier of essential products and services for businesses. With a strong reputation for customer service and product quality they are now seeking a motivated Internal Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and customer focused professional to manage and grow existing client relationships. You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts ensuring excellent service delivery identifying upselling opportunities and working closely with the external sales and operations teams to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
✅ Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries orders and service issues
✅ Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell products and services
✅ Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
