What you’ll do:
* Be the go-to expert for end-user support, troubleshooting issues across Microsoft 365, AD, Entra ID, MS Teams, VPN, and more.
* Configure and deploy laptops, lab devices, and mobile phones across the organisation.
* Manage endpoint compliance, MFA, and user access controls.
* Maintain and update devices, firmware, and operating systems to keep everything secure and running smoothly.
* Support mobile enrolment and app rollout via Intune.
* Contribute to process improvements and keep documentation up to date.
* Ensure IT assets are accurately recorded and managed in line with policy.
