Associate Electrical Design Engineer – Building Services Location: Oxfordshire | Hybrid Working | Full-Time Salary: Competitive Performance Bonus Benefits About the Role We are seeking an Associate Electrical Design Engineer to join a people-first, sustainability-focused building services consultancy in Oxfordshire. This is a leadership position for an experienced engineer who wants to take ownership of electrical design, mentor junior staff, and influence strategic decisions on high-performance, low-carbon projects. As an Associate Electrical Design Engineer, you will lead the electrical discipline across education, residential, heritage, and science sector projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically excellent and sustainable MEP solutions.
