We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in our Tunbridge Wells office. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Entering data accurately and on time to support daily business operations.
* Meeting strict daily data entry targets, deadlines, and schedule compliance requirements.
* Updating and maintaining CRM systems to ensure accurate customer and internal records.
* Communicating professionally with customers by email and telephone.
* Working with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and timely task completion.
* Maintaining strong attention to detail and demonstrating solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Requirements
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Confident using computers, including CRM and database systems.
* Good written and verbal communication skills when dealing with colleagues and customers.
* Able to manage your workload independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems proactively.
