Sales & Account Manager (EU Market) – Hybrid (Crawley)
Location: Crawley (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote)
Salary: £28,000 rising to £32,000 after 12 months (subject to KPI achievement) + up to £6,000 annual bonus
Languages Required: French or Italian (spoken & written)
Travel: Occasional European travel
The Role
A growing UK-based business is seeking a confident and proactive Sales & Account Manager to support expansion across the European market. This role combines new business development with account management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning new clients, and developing long-term partnerships.
You’ll work in a fast-moving, commercial environment, supported by internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience from first contact through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Lead Generation

Identifying new business opportunities across the EU

Conducting outbound sales calls and engaging new customers

Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
Account Management

Managing and growing existing client accounts

Developing relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Acting as the main point of contact for customers
Customer Service and Support

Handling customer queries quickly and professionally
*
Resolving issues efficiently to maintain service standards
Market Research and Sales Strategy

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
*
Supporting the development of sales strategies and growth plans
Internal Collaboration

Working closely with operational teams to ensure smooth fulfilment

Coordinating timelines and expectations between clients and internal stakeholders
About You
*
Fluent in French or Italian (additional languages are a bonus)
*
Experience in sales, account management, or business development
*
Confident with cold calling, outbound sales, and prospecting
*
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
*
Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple accounts
*
Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently
*
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and occasionally travelling
