Aspire People are recruiting Teaching Assistants for our schools across Kings Lynn and the surrounding areas with both SEN and Mainstream opportunities available!
We can offer anything from a day's cover, to a term's cover, to cover for the whole academic year and you can choose when and how often you work! You just need to be available for at least one day a week, 8.30am-3.30pm.
What will you be doing?
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities that meet the needs of all students.
* Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them to understand and engage with the curriculum.
* Provide classroom management support, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Help with preparation of learning materials and resources.
* Assist in tracking and monitoring student progress.
* Support students with additional learning needs and provide tailored interventions where necessary.
* Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents as required.
What do we need from you?
* Relevant experience.
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
A Teaching Assistant qualification and prior experience working in an educational environment is desirable but not essential.
