Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Lead cost control, forecasting, and CVRs. Prepare monthly reports covering profit/loss, cash flow, and budget. Contract Administration: Manage applications for payment, valuations, and payment certificates. Ensure all notifications comply with contract terms. Procurement: Handle supply chain enquiries, negotiations, and contract close-outs. Risk & Value: Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies to optimize project solutions. Project Support: Act as a point of contact for subcontractors and clients. Provide contractual advice and maintain rigorous site records/meeting minutes. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policy and Joint Venture sustainability/statutory requirements. Essential - Relevant Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent or3 years of relevant industry experience. -Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel. - Right to Work in the UK. Proactive.
