Our client is a distinguished entity within the bailiff customer service sector, renowned for their unique approach in working with prominent companies such as O2 and EE. Specialising in managing accounts in arrears exceeding £600, they pride themselves on effective communication and assertive customer engagement.
Role Summary:
The Sales Debt Advisor role requires individuals with strong communication skills and a penchant for managing challenging interactions. Candidates will be responsible for engaging with customers in arrears, providing support, and facilitating debt recovery processes.
Key Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Strong Customer Service skills
3. Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations
4. Assertive and confident demeanour
5. Well-organised with excellent time management skills
6. Full training will be provided, but a minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant fields is desired
Shift Details:
Rotating shifts on a weekly basis, Monday to Friday
Shift timings: 08:00-16:00 & 10:00-18:00 (consistent schedule for effective planning)
