What's in store for you:
As a Groundwork Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating groundworks activities on our project.
What your day will include:
* Supervising and leading groundworks teams to ensure works are completed on time.
* Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards are being met.
* Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance to optimise productivity.
* Providing on-site leadership, guidance, and support to the groundworks crew.
What we need from you:
* SSSTS / SMSTS certification
* In-depth knowledge of groundwork processes and techniques
* Experience working within the energy sector would be an advantage.
* Strong team player with the ability to build solid working relationships across the team.
* Flexibility to travel and stay away from home.
* UK driving licence.
