Your role will include: Delivering engaging blended learning programmes, primarily online with some face-to-face delivery Assessing apprentices against Level 3 standards and supporting them throughout their programme Coaching learners, tracking progress, and providing high-quality, tailored feedback Working closely with employers to ensure workplace learning meets apprenticeship requirements Preparing learners for End Point Assessment Contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement activities The Ideal Candidate You’ll be a passionate youth work professional looking to transition into training, or an experienced trainer with a strong sector background.
