Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching across the Year 4 curriculum.
Create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the school’s ethos and vision.
Assess, track, and provide feedback on pupil progress to ensure high achievement.
Essential Criteria
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching within primary education, ideally Key Stage 2.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A commitment to delivering inclusive, inspiring lessons for all pupils.
