Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to utilise a broad range of skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to organisational success through effective communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

* Managing daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
* Assisting with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
* Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
* Preparing reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Organising office supplies and ensuring the office environment remains tidy and functional.
* Supporting team members with various administrative duties as required.
* Coordinating communication between departments and external stakeholders.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data confidentiality.

Skills

* Proven experience in office administration or similar roles.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour.
* Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with office equipment and administrative processes. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent organisational and communication skills. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,420.00-£25,000.00 per year
