We are looking for a Journeyman HET or Electrician Technician 2 Power for our Service Center in Leduc, AB - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you’ll do:
7. You’ll be based out of our Leduc, AB service center and can expect to work in the field with local travel daily in your company vehicle
8. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment
9. Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations, and handle the repairs
10. You will either be out on your own or teamed up with another technician(s) to set up and operate equipment at the shop and on customer sites
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
11. High School diploma/GED
12. Journeyman HET (off-Road) or Journeyman Electrician
13. 4-7 years of experience working on diesel power/natural gas generators, Mechanics or electricians and/or commercial, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs
14. Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematics
15. Valid driver’s license and Passport
16. Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
