Accountabilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive, evidence-based NPI marketing strategies to promote our mask ecosystem.
* Translate complex clinical data into compelling messaging frameworks for provider audiences.
* Acquire deep knowledge of customers' challenges and clearly communicate value propositions.
* Adapt global GTM strategies for North American markets considering unique segmentation approaches.
* Lead creation of effective NPI marketing activities in collaboration with various teams.
* Support sales enablement strategy to ensure launch readiness.
* Establish KPIs for the mask portfolio and measure performance against targets.
* Collaborate with teams to create compelling content and marketing resources.
* Manage the marketing budget for the mask portfolio to ensure effective resource allocation.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
* Proven track record in developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience in healthcare/clinical marketing is highly preferred.
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
