The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a Planning Lawyer to join a growing team in Leeds, working on diverse projects from high-profile developments to major energy and infrastructure initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting partners in major energy and infrastructure projects.
2. Advising on development consent orders (DCO), compulsory purchase matters, planning applications, appeals, and judicial reviews.
3. Handling marine licences, EIA and HRA processes, and public local inquiries.
4. Collaborating with Real Estate and Energy teams on significant transactions.
You will work with renowned developers, energy companies, utilities, and public bodies, contributing to innovative solutions in a dynamic sector.
The Ideal Candidate
1. A qualified solicitor with 3+ years of PQE.
