Warehouse Operative - PM Shift
Location: Aylesbury, England, United Kingdom.
Salary £25,000-£27,000 per annum (£12.82+ per hour).
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. On‑site.
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Warehouse Team at Medik8! The purpose of the Warehouse Operative role is to ensure B2B and D2C orders are always dispatched on time and at the highest standards. The role is varied and includes tasks such as order picking and packing, stock replenishment, inbounding goods, and production/blending material picking/quality checking.
Responsibilities
* Process all B2B and D2C orders, ensuring they reach the customer on time.
* Support Production and Blending departments in picking finished products before they reach consumers.
* Integrate with new systems and customers.
* Efficiently pick and pack stock and complete related administrative duties.
* Minimise stock outs through low‑level stock reporting.
* Maintain GMP and the highest cleanliness standards.
* Adhere to the company’s Health & Safety policy.
Requirements
* Experience working in a warehouse, especially FMCG manufacturing environments.
* Strong attention to detail and efficient numerical skills.
* Experience with quality control checking of products during picking/packing.
* Punctual, friendly, organised, articulate and methodical, able to work under pressure.
* Strong IT skills.
* Knowledge of COSH and MHE (desirable).
* FLT Licence (desirable).
Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre‑employment medical questionnaire.
