Your Responsibilities
As a Foreman, you will:

* Travel to customer homes to install our products and services

What You Need to Succeed
To join our team as a Foreman, you should:
* Assign tasks and motivate installers on proper handling of materials and tools
* Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
* Review job specifications to determine necessary materials and tools
* Assess job conditions and plan accordingly
* Adapt to changing conditions and troubleshoot on the spot
* Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with the ability to work overtime if needed
* Possess a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
* Have at least one year of experience in construction trades (preferred)
* Demonstrate proven leadership abilities
Physical Requirements
This role involves:
* Lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
* Walking and standing for long periods
* Performing strenuous physical labor
* Exhibiting good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination
* Having excellent stamina and the ability to read reports and data
