Account Manager Full Time Fixed Term Contract for Maternity Cover Job Specification Yawn Marketing, part of the Jarrold Group, is a marketing agency based in Norwich. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team. We have a broad roster of high-profile local and national clients, and, following our acquisition by the Jarrold Group last year, provide marketing consultancy and delivery for in-group businesses. Key Responsibilities Account Managers at Yawn hold the keys to all our client relationships. They help nurture these relationships, building and delivering strategies that ensure our clients achieve their marketing objectives. Our Account Managers bring together insight, strate gy and clear communication to create confident, long-term client partnerships. While delivery is supported by our specialist team of consultants, Account Managers remain closely involved in shaping the work we do. C andidates will need to combine excellent communication skills with sound digital marketing expertise. Success in this role comes from combining strategic thinking, commercial awareness and amazing client communication. Running workshops with new and existing clients Devising strategy across marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Paid, Social Media and organic social. Building strong, trusted client relationships that support long-term retention and expansion Identifying new growth and upsell opportunities to increase revenue from our clients. Owning client success, ensuring work delivered aligns with objectives, KPIs and wider business goals Leading regular client catch-ups and quarterly business reviews to report back on campaign performance to clients To succeed here at Yawn, you will have… A generous team spirit - we all pull together here at Yawn.
