Procurement Operations Manager - NonVolume
Location: Basingstoke (hybrid working 3 office days per week)
Employment Type: Permanent, full time

What you will do
* Oversee the delivery of all operational activities, including business help desk services, supplier onboarding, vendor management, and maintenance of procurement systems.
* Lead the transformation and continuous improvement of procurement’s data management, reporting, and analytics capabilities, delivering actionable insights for the procurement category teams.
* Drive improvements in procurement technology, leading the enablement and optimisation of SAP Ariba.
* Support the Procurement Operations Lead in simplifying procurement processes and policies.
* Manage and escalate issues related to outsourced services across procurement operations, technology, and data.
* Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all procurement data and reporting activities, including BSC, procurement savings, monthly team KPI pack, and spend reporting.
What do I need?
* Proven experience leading procurement transformation initiatives, including managing outsourced help desk services and enhancing data and reporting capabilities.
* Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay), with hands-on experience in Ariba, SAP, and Coupa.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to lead projects from planning through execution, with proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.
* Highly analytical and numerate, with advanced Excel skills and a curious, problem-solving mindset.
* Self-driven with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the initiative to work independently.
