To work autonomously across the four pillars of advanced practice, developing oneself while supporting the development of junior staff and the service.
Clinical: Work within the team to assess and manage new and follow-up patients, including those on systemic anti-cancer therapy. Review and treat side effects of treatment and symptoms of disease within the colorectal service.
Leadership and Management: Line manage the SACT Nurse Practitioner team and lead on service improvement within colorectal oncology.
Research: Participate in relevant research and audits, engage nationally with ongoing research, and present findings to the wider team.
Education: Support the development of junior staff, recognize personal learning needs, and create plans to meet them. Contribute to learning across the wider team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team, working across all four pillars of advanced practice, and to play a key role in driving service improvement within the Colorectal Service.
