This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable legal professional to take on a rewarding role providing specialist advice and representation in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Education Law matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a full caseload of SEN and Education Law matters.
* Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to the Council and internal stakeholders.
* Preparing and conducting SEND Tribunal hearings and case management.
* Working collaboratively with education and social care colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
