We’ve partnered with a rapidly scaling, tech-enabled trading business to recruit a Leeds-based IT Support Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, user‑facing IT role and wants the stability, visibility and progression that comes with a permanent position.
As the business continues to grow, they’re looking to strengthen their IT function with someone who can hit the ground running, owning day‑to‑day support, keeping systems running smoothly and being the go‑to person for end users across the business. You’ll be working in a varied, fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same, supporting everything from incident resolution and hardware to cloud‑based tools across Azure and Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Incident management and ticket resolution
* Laptop builds, set‑up, and deployment
* Hands‑on hardware and end‑user support
* General desktop support and IT troubleshooting
* Supporting users across Azure and Google environments
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in IT support or desktop support
* Strong hands‑on hardware and laptop provisioning skills
* Exposure to Microsoft Azure
* Familiarity with Google Workspace
* Permanent role, up to £35,000 per annum
