Who are TPS?
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products needed to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, which includes Audi, SEAT, KODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. It operates as a national network of TPS Centres with a team of approximately 1,500 employees. Founded in 2006 as a new brand concept, TPS is based on an Agency Model, meaning Centres stock and sell on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth both financially and in the expansion of Centres nationwide.
About The Role
What will you be doing?
As a Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.
* Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve and surpass sales targets
* Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed
* Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns with the support of the Centre Manager
* Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support
* Implement motivational schemes and rewards for the sales team
* Provide excellent customer service through the team
* Work with the Centre team to monitor and improve delivery schedules and service levels
* Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism in all business dealings
* Ensure proper use of all business systems and compliance with standards, legal, warranty, and ethical guidelines
Requirements

* Proven experience managing sales teams in a B2B environment, with the ability to lead and motivate effectively
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and clients
* High IT literacy, proficient in MS Office
* Results-driven and sales-focused
* Interest in the automotive industry or customer service
