Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £43,000
Location: Rochester, Kent
Shift pattern: Double Days, Mon – Fri & Mon – Thu

We’re the UK’s largest independently owned business in our specific industry, with over 60 sites and more than 750 employees. We’re looking for a Shift Engineer to join our site near Rochester and play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, safely, and to world-class standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Maintain and improve all fixed plant and facilities on site.
* Carry out planned and preventative maintenance to maximise equipment availability, performance, and quality.
* Ensure all plant is safe, reliable, and operating to the highest standards.
* Support and contribute to SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) policies.
* Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant performance.
Experience and Qualifications
* Qualified, electrically biased engineer with mechanical skills.
* Proven background in a manufacturing environment.
