Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Excellent and proactive skills are required in word/excel/powerpoint with a professional appearance, hands on attitude and keen eye to details to be able to manage all day to day events.
* ·Previous office manager experience required – minimum 2 year
* First point of contact for all incoming communication
* Communicate via telephone and email building up a personal and professional rapport with our clients to turn quotes into a conversion.
* To send and follow up quotes using our in-house system
* Provide office support with all event documentation, managing the booking of all freelance technicians, including their briefs, roles and expectations.
* Manage time management of freelancers before, during and after events, manage accommodation and parking for all events.
* To produce all RAMS, for onsite events as per venue requests.
* To manage any overtime worked by the audio visual technicians, allocation of names to overtime.
* Ensure seamless communication is kept between supplier and venue liaison.
* To produce regular social media posts updating our clients and suppliers
* General office management of collation of purchase orders from clients for invoicing, ordering supplies for office and warehouse.
* To work closely with the Event Director to ensure smooth running of the office and to update the website with updates including new products and case studies to enhance the growth of the business.
