This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a positive, can-do attitude to become an integral part of a busy office. Our client is looking for a good all-rounder who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in a variety of tasks.
Main Duties:
1. General office administration
2. Managing emails and answering telephone calls
3. Invoicing and data entry
4. Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks as needed
5. Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
6. Previous office administration experience
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Strong attention to detail
9. Good IT skills, including MS Office
10. A flexible and proactive approach to work
