We are a established country pub with bedrooms offering great food using fresh local ingredients, creating new and exciting dishes alongside tradition pub classics.
We have been in the same ownership for some 45 years so we are certainly not new to the scene! We strongly believe in looking after our staff and have a motto

Your Role
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef.
1. Be confident working all sections of the kitchen as required
2. Be passionate and creative but most importantly learn from other talented chefs
3. Be a team player and give it your all
4. A good sense of humour is a must!
The perfect candidate will be in possession of a full drivers license due to the location of the venue.
