Job Responsibilities:
* This person will head a fantastic digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* This will include the development and delivery of the digital marketing plan across paid, owned, and earned media for both the client.
* Management of performance dashboards, you will ensure stakeholders are informed on campaign results, ROI, and digital trends.
* Ownership of the digital marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, spend tracking, and return on investment.
Job Qualifications:
* Academic background or equivalent professional experience in marketing, digital media, or a related field.
* Strategic thinking – being able to develop data-driven marketing plans that align with business objectives, anticipate market trends, and drive long-term growth across digital channels.
* Previous experience in a senior digital marketing role.
* Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SEO, A/B testing, and reporting platforms. As well as experience within customer journey optimisation, budget management, and digital strategy.
