As Head of Finance in the Bristol area, youll work closely with senior leadership to shape how finance supports performance and decision-making. This is a hands-on role with real influence and clear progression as the business grows. How youll make an impact Lead the month-end close and deliver accurate, timely management accounts Strengthen financial control, compliance, and internal processes Own budgeting and forecasting to support planning and growth Partner with senior stakeholders to provide clear commercial insight Improve reporting to support better, faster decision-making Guide pricing and margin analysis to improve profitability Oversee cash flow forecasting, FX exposure, and banking relationships Support expansion into new markets with financial modelling and analysis Develop and embed FP&A processes across the business Build and lead a high-performing finance team over time Why youre a great fit Essential Youll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Strong experience in financial control, management accounts, and business partnering Commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into insight Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Desirable Experience in a multi-entity or international environment Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) Background in an SME or scaling business What youll get in return As Head of Finance, youll join a business where your impact is visible and valued.
