Key Responsibilities: Assist in advising both lenders and borrowers on a wide array of finance transactions, including corporate lending, project finance, and real estate finance. Help to structure, negotiate, and document loan agreements, facility agreements, and security documents for high-profile clients. Work with clients across various sectors, such as financial services, real estate, energy, and infrastructure. About You: 0-4 years PQE in Banking & Finance, or a similar practice area, with a keen interest in financial services law.
