GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled KS2 Teacher to join a supportive school in Immingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on children's learning and development during these crucial years. This role offers daily supply work with the possibility of long-term placements in local schools.
As a Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering exciting and interactive lessons, fostering a love for learning, and supporting students in their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities of KS2 Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
* Inspire and challenge students to achieve their best in core subjects.
* Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages confidence and creativity.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and staff to support student development.
* Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
Requirements of KS2 Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
* Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment strategies.
* Passion for primary education and student progress.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
* Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
