One Small Thing, founded in 2014 by Lady Edwina Grosvenor, aims to address issues within women’s prisons in England through system change, emphasizing empathy, compassion, and respect.
Hope Street is a new community-based service designed for justice-involved women and their children in Hampshire, offering a trauma-informed environment with education, support, and activities to foster confidence and skills.
Role overview
As Referral and Engagement Coordinator, you will support women beginning their journey at Hope Street, ensuring they are welcomed compassionately, managing referrals, and strengthening external relationships across justice, housing, and community sectors.
We seek calm, resilient individuals capable of navigating a fast-paced environment while providing consistent support. The role is restricted to women due to its nature, under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
Requirements include a driving license, access to a vehicle, and business car insurance.
