At Blue Bay Travel, our Sales Team is the first point of contact for new and loyal clients, as well as our trade partners. As experts in luxury, tailor-made holidays, they're passionate about helping customers find (and book) their dream getaway.
We're expanding and looking for experienced, motivated, and ambitious individuals ready to take their career to the next level.
What you'll be doing
As a Personal Travel Advisor, you'll:
· Provide expert holiday quotations and convert them into bookings.
· Consistently upsell and maximise every opportunity.
· Deliver outstanding service via phone, email and occasionally live chat/in person.
· Build lasting relationships with clients, encouraging loyalty and repeat bookings.
· Smash individual and team sales targets.
· Work closely with colleagues to create an energetic, winning culture.

· Salary: From £24,000 + up to 5% commission on the profit you generate.
· Location: Office-based in Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent (with hybrid & remote flexibility).
· Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Sunday, shifts include every other weekend & evenings. All shifts will be split over five days (flexible options available).
· 30 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays - entitlement will increase with length of service.
