Overview
If you are looking for a warm, friendly, and supportive working environment, our Vets for Pets surgery in Runcorn are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly and experienced team on a full-time basis. Equally, if you are a recently qualified RVN, the team are happy to support you as much as you need to find your feet.
This role is 30 to 40 hours per week including weekend shifts on a rota basis (Saturday 9am-12pm).

About the Practice
Our great location means we benefit from a variety of interesting cases and a wonderful loyal client base. Our well-equipped surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards with ultrasound, x-ray, doppler, multiparameter monitor, drip pumps, designated theatre, separate cat, dog, and isolation wards.
Responsibilities
* Support the client journey with the help of our Client Care Advisors, freeing up nurses to carry out their clinical roles.
* Lead and manage nurse clinics and perform schedule 3 procedures.
* Apply your nursing skills to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
* Good experience of veterinary nursing and excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Be an effective team player with a systematic approach to decision-making, planning, and organisation.
* Friendly, down-to-earth, with a genuine interest in animal welfare and enjoyment of variety in work with clients and colleagues.
* Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with current registration.
