As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the conveyancing team in delivering high-quality legal services to their clients. You will work closely with experienced conveyancing professionals, providing administrative and clerical assistance throughout the conveyancing process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the preparation and drafting of legal documents related to property transactions.
* Managing and organising case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties
* Handling general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
* Assisting solicitors and conveyancers in any other tasks related to conveyancing transactions.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a legal assistant role, particularly in conveyancing, is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and documentation.
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
