Job Title: Financial Accountant
Reports To: Manager, Financial Accounting

Job Summary
The Financial Accountant is responsible for delivering high-quality record-to-report accounting services for multiple Lineage entities. This role partners closely with local finance teams and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. The Financial Accountant maintains financial integrity, supports statutory and audit requirements, and proactively resolves issues while contributing to process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
* Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
* Perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations.
* Own assigned general ledger accounts and resolve variances.
* Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Manage intercompany transactions and differences.
* Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance.
* Support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
* Demonstrate analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in an international environment.
* Knowledge of US/UK GAAP.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
* Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-country, multicultural environment.
* Strong internal customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
* High level of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
* Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
* Experience with process improvement and/or automation initiatives preferred.
