This role is available due to an uplift in work and growth, with this position potentially leading to a permanent contract after a successful trial period. Responsibilities/Requirements of the role: Supporting with maintenance and optimisation of the manufacturing processes Repair and maintenance of tools Diagnose performance of tools and machinery Operate various machinery, including lathes, mills, grinders Support Production team Experience in blanking and stamping Fully competent with Toolroom machinery Ability to read technical drawings For employees who demonstrate they can work to a good standard and prove their reliability, potential permanent contracts and future career progression within the business.
