We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Sales Support, Bulk Automation Technology NCA professional to join our Technical Product and Sales Support team. You will be responsible for providing specialized technical sales support and leading solution development for Bulk Material Handling opportunities, which involves managing the sales process, supporting campaigns, and delivering customer-focused solutions. Your role plays a crucial part in aligning market needs with product offerings, contributing to driving business growth, enhancing customer value, and achieving strong booking and margin results.
This position is mainly located in Vancouver, Pittsburgh, or York, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options; however, it involves up to 70% travel across North & Central America, with occasional global travel.

You will join a team of technical product and sales experts in advanced automation and bulk material handling who are passionate about delivering high-quality engineering solutions and driving business growth. We are currently working on customer-driven solution development, sales campaigns, and technical value proposition building, as well as supporting product and service innovation initiatives. We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Proposals, Engineering, and Project Management teams, as well as global product and development teams. The members of our team are located across North & Central America and globally.
What you’ll do
* Lead or support sales activities for designated service offerings and technologies
* Act as Solution Lead on sales cases depending on expertise and business needs
* Collaborate with business line and market area teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
* Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements to develop tailored solutions
* Drive value co‑creation with customers to strengthen relationships and solution adoption
* Manage sales cases from lead through proposal and negotiation, ensuring profitability
* Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices
* Coach and train market area sales teams on service offerings and technical solutions
Who you are
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering
* 4–6 years of relevant experience in technical sales or engineering
* Strong knowledge of Bulk Material Handling equipment and the mining industry
* Solid expertise in electrical, automation, and software solutions
* Experience with engineering design principles, supplier evaluation, and risk management
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across international teams
* Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and planning capabilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Previous hands‑on experience with major mining equipment and advanced automation systems
