We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing EYFS setting in Eccleston. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners in their earliest stages of development, while making a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
* Work closely with the class teacher to deliver planned activities and adapt learning to meet individual needs.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access the curriculum and develop key skills.
* Assist with personal care routines, including nappy, toileting and hygiene, with sensitivity and professionalism.
* Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families, contributing to a warm and collaborative school culture.
* Monitor progress and contribute to observations and assessments to support children's development.
* Maintain a high standard of safeguarding and follow school policies at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
* Knowledge of safeguarding
* DBS
* Experience in an early years/nursery setting
* Level 3 Early Years Assistant Qualification
* Full right to work in the UK
* Compassionate and patient
